Award winning and critically acclaimed Johnny Mo is a talented young chef that
rocks the kitchen!   Born and raised in Rockville,
Maryland, just outside of the DC area,  John started his culinary training at his local high school.
After graduating from Johnson and Wales University he worked in the Princeton area.  He found his way to the Eastern Shore and
fell in love with the water and nature that are both boundless here. In less than five short years he has opened three Mallards
locations, each with a different dining concept.
 
You can experience mouthwatering steaks grilled to perfection, the finest seafood and velvety sauces.  How about Johnny Mo's ALL
CRAB crab cakes, or his famous Mussels in a Jalepeno wine broth and the finest Creme' Brulle ever, to finish off the evening.  
Whatever you select, which ever Mallards you choose,  you will enjoy a wonderful dining experience with excellent service.  
For a memorable evening, Chef Johnny Mo will strum his guitar at your table and sing Happy birthday, Happy anniversary or
whatever the happy occasion is your celebrating!
John resides in Onancock with his wife and two sons and enjoys fishing and golfing.  He is actively involved in the Food Bank of the
Eastern Shore. His annual Music for the Hungry is an all day event with live performances from local bands and musicians.  Held
every July at Mallards Bayside location.  All proceeds go to the Food Bank.  You can also see Johnny Mo and his band Quadpod
performing up and down the Shore.

January 20 - 29  Johnny Mo will be take his talents to Jamaica
He has been invited to be the guest chef at the Westender Inn in
Negril!

February 14, Valentines Day Dine & Demo  7pm
Johnny Mo will demonstrate each course Join us for this
entertaining evening.  $35.00 per person

Febraury 29, Cooking Class - Mallards at the Wharf 6:30
recipe packet, demonstrations, tastings.  Class focuses on
complete dinners, appetizer, salad, entree', etc.


March 6, JMO will be at the Taste of Hampton Roads. Come
sample all the delicious tastes from area restaurants and help
support the Foodbank.  JMO competes in the Iron Chef
Competition.
